Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms explain the rules for using TogetherAgain (the "Site"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by [Company name] , registered under company number [Company registration number] , with its registered office at [Registered office address] ("we", "us"). You can contact us at [support email address] .

2. Who can use the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • You must be a real person using the Site for yourself. One account per person.
  • You must not use the Site if you have been convicted of a violent or sexual offence, or if we have previously closed your account.

3. Your account

Keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. The information in your profile must be true and up to date, and your photos must be of you.

4. Using the Site respectfully

You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, deceive or pressure other members, or ask them for money;
  • post content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • share other people's personal information without their permission;
  • advertise, sell or recruit for other services;
  • use automated tools, scrape the Site, or try to interfere with its security or operation.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You give us a licence to host and display them on the Site so we can provide the service. We may review, refuse or remove any content that breaches these terms. Members are real people: we do not create fictitious profiles or pose as members.

6. Meeting other members

We review new profiles, but we cannot guarantee who another member is or how they will behave. Get to know people through the Site first, meet in a public place, tell a friend or relative where you are going, and never send money to someone you have met online. Please report anything that worries you to [support email address] .

7. Credits and payment

  • Some features use credits, bought in one-off packs. Current prices are on our Pricing page. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
  • Prices include VAT where it applies. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider.
  • Credits are valid for 3 months from purchase and are used oldest first. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, except as described in section 8.
  • If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may suspend the account until it is resolved.

8. Changing your mind

You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of buying it. Email [support email address] and we will refund the credits from that purchase that you have not used.

9. Your privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Our content

The Site's design, text, graphics and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the Site as intended.

11. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts other members at risk, or is required to be closed by law. Where we can, we will tell you why.

12. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing [support email address] . Unused credits are lost when an account is closed, apart from refunds under section 8.

13. Availability and changes to the Site

We work to keep the Site available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

14. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for the behaviour of other members, on or off the Site, or for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and tell you about significant changes before they apply.

17. Complaints and the law

If something goes wrong, please email [support email address] and we will reply within 5 working days. Our Complaint Policy explains how to report content. These terms are governed by the law of [Governing law, e.g. England and Wales] , and its courts can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection your local law gives you.
